Hello

I originally started my career path by attending North Carolina State University and earning my degree in Technology Engineering and Design Education. This led me to teach for five years in Wake Public schools, teaching Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, and Digital Design & Animation. During my time teaching I wanted to develop my graphic design skills further, thus started the Graphic Design program with Wake Technical Community College.

Shortly after starting, I had a huge career change, left teaching and went back to State to follow a new path being a University Library Specialist focusing on Gaming and Virtual Reality. From here I have dove into content creation, lesson implication, virtual content, game design, 3D scanning & modeling, and so much more. This had development my passion for educating on software usage and what is right for the person and the project.

With my new Associates in Graphic Design, I will use this in my current career and allow me to open doorways to conferences, competitions, and more collaboration as an educator. On the side I have been doing organizational support for communities on NC State campus and with local Native Tribes in North Carolina to create advertisement for them.
